Tiki Hot Tub
The outdoor jacuzzi with Tiki style Hawaiian grass awning is consistently described as an “amazing” experience by our guests. Located in the rear of the house, close to the woods and pond, it is illuminated by night by special lighting and lasers on the trees. It comes with robes, slippers and extra towels. is available for rent at an extra charge of £150 for the first night, and £50 for each additional night.
Disco/Cinema Room
The ‘disco room’ package transforms the large living room into your own night club, with disco ball & lighting, video projector, smoke machine, karaoke, and a super sound system. It also comes with Netflix and Prime for movie and music streaming, or play your own music via bluetooth. There is a one time rental/setup charge of £100.
Bar with glasses
The house comes with its own antique mahogany bar in the reception area. There is no rental charge for the bar itself, and we provide plastic glasses for free. However, we also have a full set of real glassware available for rent for special events. We have champagne, wine, gin, numbers and shot glasses for rent. In addition we have a gas/cooler setup for rent if you wish to bring your own keg.
Marquee
We offer a 10x5m marquee for weddings or other outdoor special events. It comes with lighting, chairs and tables for up to 40 guests. It is decorated with various lighting such as chandeliers and disco ball. It costs £200 one time rental fee.
